Shift:
All Shifts - Day / Eve/ Night

Work Hours:
every 5th Sunday overnight call, and open shifts as needed days/eves.

Primary Function Produces diagnostic CT scans. Performs diagnostic CT procedures to aid in diagnosis determination. Reviews cases with the Radiologist to ensure accuracy of clinical data obtained. Assists Radiologist and/or staff physician in CT procedure performance to expedite patient flow. Assists in maintenance of equipment to insure proper function and availability. Maintains department aesthetics to ensure appropriate image. Maintains supply inventory to ensure availability of required items. Provides appropriate information for billing purposes to ensure prompt and accurate charge data. Trains alternate staff to provide adequate staffing. Coordinates coverage for CT procedures to provide continuous service availability. Provides coverage for after-hour services to ensure continuous service availability. Ability to fill in shifts as needed and assist with off premise call.

Qualifications
Education:
Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology, ARRT ( R )registration in current standing. Advanced CT registry preferred

Experience:
Minimum of three years experience as a CT Technologist (Scan/MRI).
